Matthew Noonan is a Washington, D.C.–based Location Manager working in film and television since 1998. He has collaborated with directors, producers, and studios to secure and manage locations throughout the Washington region—from iconic federal landmarks and historic neighborhoods to unique private properties and hidden locations outside the city.

Matthew specializes in navigating complex filming environments involving the National Park Service, federal agencies, international embassies, and state and local governments, helping productions successfully bring their stories to screen in one of the most logistically unique cities in the world.
